While a student normally attends lessons on a regular (weekly) basis, at times, attendance of a particular lesson becomes impossible.
Reasons can be twofold – Hosi Music Educator absence or student absence.
Lesson credits are transferable to other students/ friends as gifts.
Make up lessons can be held after a scheduled lesson in the event that the proceeding student is away. Redeemable against workshop or clinics cost.
Lesson Credits are not redeemable for cash.
If you no show for a make up lesson using your lesson credit, you will forfeit that lesson credit.
A suitable substitute Hosi Music Educator might be appointed to take the lesson.
If you choose not to attend due to the change of educator, no lesson credit is issued and you will forfeit any monies paid.
Payment method used by Hosi Music is Direct Debit. The DD has an admin fee, which will be included on the invoice. Each lesson is valued at it’s price + GST.
A late payment fee will apply. This is not a lock in contract.
III. Continuation and discontinuation of lesson:
* Whole term enrollment – Enrollment with Hosi Music are on a termly basis. Students are expected to attend lessons for the whole school term. In case the student no longer wishes to continue he/she should conclude the term and the parents/responsible notify Hosi Music of the cancelation for the following term. Parents/responsible will be charged for the whole term. If a student decides to stop coming for the lessons fees will not be refunded.
